Longtime hobby farmer and rabbit fancier, I have recently joined the cavy fancy. Much time and effort went into locating and obtaining excellent stock from well known cavy breeders such as Carmen Temple (Fast Track), Chris Hopkins (Fast Track), and Tracy Corbeil (Fort York) . With their excellent advice and support we hope to produce wonderful showable Peruvian cavies.
Our cavies are kept in spacious cages with open runs and we are also completing a new outdoor enclosure for some supervised playtime in the sun. Our cavies are pets first and we love to handle them and play with them. We feed Oxbow and Purina feeds, provide plenty of top quality timothy hay and lots of fresh vegetables.
